Opening structure:

1. Call out the reader: "If you are struggling with X..."
2. Describe the pain: Paint a vivid picture of their current situation
3. Show you understand: Demonstrate you have been there
4. Hint at hope: Suggest a better way exists

Do not solve the problem yet. Make them feel understood first.
