A/B test setup:

1. Choose ONE variable to test (length, emoji, personalization)
2. Write two variations with that single difference
3. Split your list 50/50 (or 20/20 then send winner to remaining 60%)
4. Send at the same time to both groups
5. Wait for statistical significance (usually 24-48 hours)

Test one thing at a time. Multiple changes = no learnings.
