Let's think through the "flow" of the app. Pretend you are a user launching the app.

What is the first screen the user should see?

What should the navigation options be?

How would the user navigate the application from launch to their first "wow" moment?

Consider this from the perspective of the user and as an expert in UX, and as an expert in customer success.
