Effective feedback format:

• Blockers: Must fix before merge (security, bugs, breaking changes)
• Suggestions: Would improve the code but not required
• Nitpicks: Style preferences, optional improvements

Label your comments so the author knows what is required vs nice-to-have.

End with something positive when possible.
