Review with empathy:

• Assume positive intent
• Ask questions instead of making demands
• Praise good patterns, not just critique problems
• Remember: you are reviewing work, not judging a person

Bad: "This is wrong."

Good: "Have you considered using X here? It might handle edge case Y better."
